DANIEL FARASAT
Since founding Tiger West Capital in 2004, Daniel has been actively engaged in all aspects of the firm’s operations and investments. He has grown Tiger West into a dynamic owner and operator of commercial property — from its beginnings as a real estate services firm.
Daniel holds a degree from the highly regarded Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) program of the University of Southern California. He supplemented his education with courses in game theory, bargaining & negotiation at the London School of Economics. Daniel holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado and is also a licensed real estate broker in the State of California. He is also an original investor in the much-admired restaurant company, Sweetgreen and other noteworthy ventures.
Daniel actively maintains affiliation with numerous civic, professional and community organizations. He sits on the board of Melrose Business Improvement District, sat on the boards of the Miracle Mile Chamber of Commerce and the Society of Young Philanthropists.
